funny think is.... you just took a tall shield with a high req and good hp and combined it with a shield with low req and good percentage on the Tactics +1
 people have to watch out for these people.. im not saying your scamming im just saying false advertisement. hmm...sorry for the non-pc but i was seriously cracking my head..why cant this shield be possible?
